Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after production is complete

Rates: Calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination

Standard shipping is available to all 50 US states. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Expedited Shipping

2-Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days after production Overnight: Delivery next business day after production

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Contact us for rates on your specific order.

Note: Expedited shipping does not reduce production time. For rush orders, ask about our rush production options.

Production Times

Production times vary by product type:

  • Standard Awards: 7-10 business days
  • Custom Engraved Awards: 10-14 business days
  • Deal Toys & Custom Designs: 2-4 weeks
  • Promotional Products: 1-2 weeks

Production begins after artwork approval. Rush production is available on most items for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

Split Shipments

For orders shipping to multiple locations, we offer:

  • Drop Shipping: Ship directly to multiple recipients
  • Bulk to Single Location: Ship entire order to one address
  • Hybrid: Some items to you, some direct to recipients

Drop shipping charges may apply. Contact us to discuss your needs.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International orders:

  • Are subject to customs duties and taxes (paid by recipient)
  • May have longer delivery times (2-4 weeks)
  • Require accurate customs documentation

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery)
  2. Provide photos of any damage
  3. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  4. Replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate

All shipments are insured for the full order value.
