Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.
Quality Guarantee: If any item has a manufacturing defect or doesn't match your approved proof, we'll replace it at no charge.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your awards. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work together to find a solution.
Custom Products
Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items with custom engraving or printing
- Products personalized with names or dates
- Custom-designed awards and deal toys
- Items made to your approved artwork
However: If we made an error in production (wrong text, misspellings, incorrect colors), we'll remake the item at no charge.
Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized items in original condition:
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Refund: Original purchase price minus shipping
Contact us for a return authorization before shipping items back.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect
- Describe the issue in detail
- We'll send a replacement or issue a refund
We cover return shipping costs for defective items.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong items:
- Don't discard the incorrect items
- Contact us immediately
- We'll arrange pickup and ship the correct order
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience—mistakes are rare, but we fix them quickly.

- Preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit Card: Refund to original card within 5-7 business days
- Check: Mailed within 10 business days
- Store Credit: Issued immediately
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Before Production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.
During Production: Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to fees based on work completed.
After Shipping: Completed orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our return policy.
