Features ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 certified, water resistant 100% PU shell, 100% polyester backing, 8000MM waterproof rating, snap-off hood with drawcord & toggle for adjustability, internal storm flap, half-elastic adjustable tab cuffs with hook and loop closures. Includes 2" wide reflective taping on front, back and sleeves, two welt pockets, and drawcord hem with toggle adjustability. Must be fully zipped to be in compliance. Complies with ANSI, CPSIA, ISEA.
